Members of the PEARL consortium meet monthly and are required to contribute to the research infrastructure and agenda of the group by sharing resident data. Members of the consortium agree to integrate consortium derived assessment resources for validity testing and evaluation. At this level we require program director participation, but we welcome residents and faculty attendings to develop research questions and conduct studies.
