Ryan Finkenbine, MD, is Professor and Chair of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria, and the residency Program Director of the institution. His research interests include the interface between law and medicine, resident and medical student education, medical ethics, and innovative approaches to improve clinical care. Dr. Finkenbine completed a forensic psychiatry fellowship at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, his residency at Medical University of South Carolina, and his medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine.
